Our WODs are based around the quayside rig beside the accommodation. All workouts are led by a CrossFit Level-2 Certified Coach.

We schedule a daily WOD, usually in the morning, which will be supplemented by a separate Skills Session each day. The equipment is available for use 24/7 during our stay though, so it’s up to you how much – or little –  exercise you do during your holiday. As well as the physical programme, we also run seminars on subjects such as nutrition, recovery, programme-planning, etc.

When the workouts are done, there is a programme of excursions that can be as relaxing or as active as you want them to be.
